James Edward "Eddie" Sikes, 48, of Savannah passed away Friday, August 28, 2009 surrounded by his family.
Eddie is survived by his parents, Milton C. Jr. and Sara Lou Sikes, sister, Marie Lyle Tim, sister, Beth Allen Chris, brother, Fred Sikes Sunni, and brother, Milton C. Sikes, III Lynn. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews, one great-niece and one great-nephew. Also surviving are, Uncle, James Sikes Jan, Aunt, Mae Duval, and Uncle, Enrique Jimenez, Maternal Grandmother Lucille Jimenez, Great Aunt, Quida Tomhaven Dale, Great Aunt, Vivian "Jane" Ward and seven cousins.

Visitation will be 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.

Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m., Monday, August 31, 2009 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel with the Rev. Ken Jernigan officiating.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
